A Step by Step Process for Titanium Hauling's Dumpster Service

How to Rent a Dumpster.

Step 1. Figure out what you need

Maybe you haven’t rented a dumpster before. Here’s some simple things to consider.

1A. Style of Dumpster

Do you need a dumpster with wheels or the “rolloff”?

Roll off Dumpsters are great for big jobs. They are 20-yards long with high walls. If you’re doing a big cleanout, re-modeling a home, moving construction debris, etc., you’ll want to consider this option.

10 & 15-yard Dumpster Trailer Service

Dump Trailers are easy to roll into a driveway or lot. You can un-latch the back door and place debris inside with minimal effort. This is great for home clean outs, yard cleanups and more.

1B. Size of Dumpster

The size of the dumpster is a very important piece of the puzzle. As a general rule of thumb you will probably have more stuff to get rid of then you think you do, so more space is almost always the right decision. You may be able to save money by selecting the right size the first time though, so lets take a look at our options.

2C. Your Contact Information and Scheduling

Once you’ve made your dumpster selection, you’re almost done. We just need to gather your personal information so we know the “Who, What, and Where” of the project, answer a few questions, and select your dates.

The Contact Form

The Contact Form is pretty self-explanatory. Fill out the information fields as directed.

The key is at the bottom of the form in the "Notes" field. Let us know the who, what, when and where you want the dumpster to be delivered. We'll also discuss these particulars in our first phone call with you.

2D. Additional Options

Additional Options

We offer additional protection plans such as insurance against any property damage. With Surface Protection we'll ensure our wheels avoids contact with surfaces that can be cracked or damaged. Cancellation Coverage protects you from reseveration mistakes or sudden changes in your schedule.

Step 3. Performing the Service

So now we’ve done our research, placed our order, and the only thing let to do is wait until the dumpster arrives. The only difficult part from this point should be loading up your unwanted items. We make drop off and pick up easy!

3A. The Drop off

Assuming you placed your order online without calling us, you can expect us to reach out the week of your service period to go over final details. If you placed your order by phone then chances are we already went over some of the different things to expect. If you’re still unsure about whats going, feel free to give us a call and we can run through it with you.

Delivery Day

When it comes to delivery, if you aren’t on premises please make sure you’ve explained where you’d like the dumpster placed.

Photographs are helpful from time to time.

Of course, if someone is on site, let our crew know where you want the dumpster parked and we’ll get it setup.

Ideally, you want the dumpster placed in a position where you can easily add debris. Also consider surrounding ground, driveways, brick/pavers, trees, plants or other landscaping that might get damaged or slow your loading process.

3B. During the Service Period

If the dumpster has already been delivered, then this should be your time to focus on getting the project done. We’ll leave you alone to work, but we may reach out to discuss things like pick up schedules or in the case of big jobs to confirm if and when you may need a swap out to keep the ball rolling. If you have a crew of people or heavy equipment rented for your project we want to make sure our schedules can align with yours to prevent any delays.

3C. Pick Up Time

You're loaded and ready to go!

Pick up is generally going to be the last day of your service period.

Suppose you have a “Two Day Dumpster Service” for Wednesday the 8th. Pickup would generally be the morning of Friday the 10th. Times can vary, so be 100% ready that morning.

If, for some reason, you have to have the dumpster picked up on a certain time and date, please let us know at the time of reservation.
